7/97 – 12/97 – Omnikron Systems, Inc. Member of Automated Software Quality team. Responsible for creation and automation of test plans, strategies, test procedures as well as documentation. Other duties included duplication of release media and preparation for customer distribution as well as production tracking and documentation.

3/95 - 6/95 – Unisys/ OfficeMax - Responsible for unit and system testing of on-line, call center system programs. Member of the UNISYS development team; involved with project design and review; creation of test strategies and plans; testing and review of all pertinent project documentation; trouble shooting and change implementation. These tasks were performed on UNISYS hardware using Oracle Forms and SQL with PC workstations

6/92 - 6/94 – Citicorp - Transaction Technology Inc. - Assigned to the EuroCAT 2 Release Team for unification of five European countries with a common set of banking applications. Responsible for the Customer Service applications subset: PIN Change, Checkbook Reorder, Update Savings and Give Notice. The job included development in AGS, an in-house language, chapter contributions to the Detail Design and Applications Product Specification documents, as well as verification of Message Level Interface specifications. Additional responsibilities included unit testing , system testing, design and rendering of all application screens in five languages to customer specifications. 9/91- 6/92 – Responsible for designing automatic teller machine touch screens for international businesses in their respective languages; network configuration, testing and formal analysis of test results; review of all pertinent project documentation: Application, Product and Design Specifications; coordination with Field Operations (customer) concerning project matters.
