Description : The project consists of maintenance of medicine stocks, and suppliers details, cheques issued to suppliers, sales made to patients, refunds of medicines. If there is any price augmentation they have to be updated according to the corresponding prices. the medicines issued to the in-patients over a number of days could be procured at discharge table so that billing is made easier, a summary of medicines issued to the patients were also generated during the patients stay for the doctors to know all the medicines issued to the patient this facilitates any reimbursement for the patient to be claimed. Reports were generated based on daily purchases, daily sales, monthly purchases, monthly sales, cash purchases and credit purchases for every month, medicines issued to patients, medicines stock reports.

It calculates interests monthly, annually depending upon the nature of account. Reports are generated for daily transactions, customer-wise, amount subscribed by the Bank for loan, interest paid on deposits and monthly transactions and petty cash.
